Em primeiro lugar pelo atendimento depreciativo que recebemos, segundo pela falta de respeito e verdade com o cliente, depois pela desorganização dos proprietários/ funcionários.
Levei meu bebê em uma única primeira aula e por ele ter ficado doentinho mesmo eu tendo informado por telefone ao retornar para renovar a mensalidade é retomar as aulas fomos totalmente destratado ao perguntar se havia alguma possibilidade de algum desconto, foi notório o constrangimento e empurra empurra pra recebermos algum posicionamento, o sr Reginaldo saiu dizendo que o funcionário Paulo Vitor é que resolvia, já este disse não estar apto,apareceu então uma senhora, Vivian ou Viviane que se alterou completamente dizendo que a empresa tinha cistos e que era problema nosso o que acontece com a criança, etc. Até então tudo bem, a empresa entender q estamos no meio de uma pandemia e mesmo assim não querer fidelizar o cliente ok,mas destratar por isso, no meio do pátio, achei totalmente sem postura.
Bom ter acontecido pra saber que não é lugar pro meu filho frequentar.

Firstly for the derogatory service we received, second for the lack of respect and truth with the customer, then for the disorganization of the owners/employees.
I took my baby to a single first class and because he got sick even though I informed him by phone when I returned to renew the tuition and resume classes we were totally abused when asking if there was any possibility of a discount, the embarrassment and pushes were notorious. in order for us to take a stand, Mr Reginaldo left saying that the employee Paulo Vitor was the one who solved it, he said he was not fit, then a lady, Vivian or Viviane appeared, who changed completely, saying that the company had cysts and that it was our problem what happens to the child, etc. So far so good, the company understands that we are in the middle of a pandemic and still doesn't want to retain the customer, ok, but for this reason, in the middle of the yard, I thought it was totally out of character.
Good thing it happened to know that it's not a place for my son to go.
