★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente mal educados. Vivem estacionando em frente ao portão do prédio ao lado, trancando a passagem de quem mora aqui e super grosseiros com quem para o carro em frente à loja. Hj um funcionário ainda quis discutir perguntando ao meu marido se ele era cego por não ver que ele ia retirar o carro, mas eu é que pergunto, vocês são cegos de não ver que ali é uma garagem com placa de proibido estacionar?
Extremely rude. They keep parking in front of the gate of the building next door, blocking the way of those who live here and super rude to those who stop in the car in front of the store. One employee even wanted to argue today by asking my husband if he was blind because he didn't see that he was going to remove the car, but I'm the one who asks, are you blind to not see that there is a garage with a no-parking sign over there?

Referente ao comentário feito pela senhora que classificou por uma estrela, discordo totalmente, esses níveis de conflito fora da empresa podem ser resolvidos pessoalmente, desnecessário comentar isso!
Excellent service, helpful, fast and keep their word! Deliveries without any problems, extremely polite staff! Regarding the comment made by the lady who rated it one star, I totally disagree, these levels of conflict outside the company can be resolved personally, no need to comment on that!

Nunca vem com troco, sempre devendo o real e te tratam como se você estivesse devendo!
Administração é péssima!
Nunca mais comprarei água lá, muita decepção, desde terça pedindo água e trazer sexta sem avisar e insultando??, que pouca educação, que absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente essa empresa Pingo d água faz jus ao nome, em 3 meses trabalhados, só vi aspectos negativos da empresa.. Vi a Noemi, dona da empresa devolvendo troco errado para cliente, e se direcionando ao cliente como " oh neguinha " é uma pessoa que altera a voz para falar com seus funcionários e o cliente nunca tem razão. Encomenda um produto e leva outra da escolha dela e de qualidade sempre inferior.. Se ela não tiver troco pra te dar você fica no prejuízo até a proxima compra (caso ela lembre). É uma empresa que tem clientes muito bons, mas o gerenciamento da empresa é muito bagunçado atrasando pedidos e sobrando sempre para os funcionários.
Os funcionários são nota 10, mas a dona..
Really this company Pingo d Água lives up to its name, in 3 months worked, I only saw negative aspects of the company .. I saw Noemi, owner of the company returning wrong change to the customer, and addressing the customer as "oh neguinha" is a person who changes his voice to speak to his employees and the customer is never right. Order a product and take another one of her choice and always of inferior quality .. If she doesn't have change to give you, you will be at a loss until the next purchase (if she remembers). It is a company that has very good customers, but the management of the company is very messy, delaying orders and always left over for employees.
