Tentei de várias formas tentar resolver mais fizeram descaso com a minha situação comprei outra em outro lugar para poder ajudar meu cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive experiência negativa, comprei um motor ventilador do freezer e não testaram na hora da compra. O mesmo não funcionou, e não pode fazer a troca pois estava queimado por dentro.
Porém não foi testado na minha frente ao comprar.
Atendentes sem experiência no balcão
Comprei o mesmo ventilador na LIDERFRIO, e foi totalmente oposto
Fizeram o teste na minha frente sem eu pedir e deixaram prontos os fios para ligação, mostrando que quem atendeu sabia o básico de elétrica.
Como não tinha como provar quem ligou errado no Pinguim e o valor era de 100 reais. Deixei pra lá. Acredito que o comércio tem mais a perder com um atendimento desses.
