★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles atrasaram em 4 horas a entrega da minha festa, era pra chegar 2 horas antes do início do evento e só chegaram duas horas depois do início, eu tinha encomendado o bolo e todos os salgados da minha festa com eles e só não passei a maior vergonha de não ter comida para servir aos meus convidados pq o tema da festa era São João e tinha comidas típicas.

Comprei um bolo de 3 andares com 150 fatias para festa de 1 ano ,era pra ser entregue as 16:30 a festa começou as 18hs e ele ñ mim entregou o bolo a tempo foi preciso todos que estava na festa ligar e mandar msg para ele para aparecer um bolo as 21:15 já com a festa no fim e ñ era o bolo que eu escolhi e o sabor tbm Ñ .
E muita falta de respeito com o cliente ...
Ele ñ tem compromisso e muito menos lealdade com o cliente.
Ficou de mim devolver o dinheiro e até hoje nada.
Pelo visto vai ser preciso eu entrar com danos morais contra ele.

O aniversário do meu filho começou às 16 hs e agendei a chegada do bolo para as 14:30 e só chegou as 18:37! A festa ficou com o espaço vazio do bolo na mesa durante todo o período. Eu fiquei a festa toda aflita, nervosa, ansiosa e desesperada! NÃO VALE A PENA! NÃO COMPRO NUNCA MAIS! Eles não tem respeito, inventam um monte de mentiras e nem atendem o telefone pra te confortar.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! It's no use making beautiful cakes and not delivering on time!
