★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem estive nesta outlet localizada em Santo André na Oliveira lima para efetuar uma troca de sapato e tive o DESPRAZER de ser atendida por uma senhora que estava no balcão por volta das 18hs. Segundo o senhor q estava também no balcão o nome dela é Maria. Deixei a sandália e segui para escolher outro modelo, em menos de 1 hora, fui interrompida em minha escolha no mínimo umas 5 vezes com perguntas do tipo: "já escolheu o sapato moça?" "ainda está procurando?" onde eu sempre a respondia com negativas pois além de efetuar a troca eu estava tentando escolher outros sapatos para comprar. Esta senhora não satisfeita com as perguntas, em dado momento gritou para toda loja escutar referindo-se a uma vendedora se "a menina da troca já havia escolhido".. senti-me extremamente constrangida e exposta ao ridículo pois entendo que pelo fato de ser uma troca e não uma "compra" ela fez distinção de mim para as outras pessoas que estavam também presentes no local, onde estas não tiveram o mesmo péssimo atendimento do qual eu recebi. Antes que eu finalizasse, a mesma veio até mim e disse que a loja estava fechando para eu "acelerar".. sendo que ainda haviam 6 mulheres onde 3 estavam sentadas experimentando calçados. Pois bem, peguei apenas o item da troca e desisti das demais compras pois senti-me profundamente envergonhada. Quando retirei-me da loja olhei ao redor e observei que permaneceram as mesmas pessoas efetuando suas compras e experimentando calçados e as portas devidamente abertas. Que pena esta revenda de sapatos da marca PINK que é tão conceituada em seu seguimento de atuação agir com um atendimento tão hostil desta maneira a um cliente. Acaba sujando consequentemente o nome da marca de graça. Deixo o meu descontentamento e certa de que não retornarei nunca mais a este lugar.
Yesterday I was at this outlet located in Santo André in Oliveira Lima to change my shoes and I had the DISAPPOINTMENT of being attended by a lady who was at the counter around 6 pm. According to the gentleman who was also at the counter, her name is Maria. I left the sandal and went to choose another model, in less than 1 hour, I was interrupted in my choice at least 5 times with questions like: "have you chosen the shoe girl?" "still looking?" where I always replied with negatives because in addition to making the exchange I was trying to choose other shoes to buy. This lady, not satisfied with the questions, at one point shouted for the whole store to hear referring to a saleswoman if "the exchange girl had already chosen".. I felt extremely embarrassed and exposed to ridicule because I understand that because an exchange and not a "purchase" she distinguished me from the other people who were also present at the place, where they did not have the same bad service that I received. Before I finished, she came to me and said that the store was closing for me to "speed up".. and there were still 6 women where 3 were sitting trying on shoes. Well, I only took the exchange item and gave up on the other purchases because I felt deeply ashamed. When I left the store, I looked around and noticed that the same people remained shopping and trying on shoes and the doors properly open. What a shame that this retailer of shoes from the PINK brand, which is so highly regarded in its field of activity, acts with such a hostile service to a customer. It ends up messing up the brand name for free. I leave my displeasure and certain that I will never return to this place again.
