★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha cachorrinha no neste pet shop, voltou com olho vermelho (estourou veia do olho). A veterinária do pet shop verificou e receitou um colírio. Porém o atendimento de certa pessoa é horrível, trata o cliente com rispidez e além disto tentou me culpar pelo olho inchado e vermelho da cachorrinha, sendo que ao entregar para o pet não tinha nenhum problema em sua vista. Ao menos foi pago o medicamento pelo pet, porém isso não garante a integridade da visão da minha cachorra.
I left my little dog at this pet shop, came back with a red eye (burst eye vein). The pet shop vet checked and prescribed eye drops. But the care of a certain person is horrible, treats the customer harshly and in addition tried to blame me for the puffy red eye of the puppy, and when delivering to the pet had no problem in his sight. At least the drug was paid for by the pet, but that does not guarantee the integrity of my dog's vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que fazer uma cirurgia e não podia dar banho nas minhas gatinhas, então as levei neste pet. Esfolaram as unhas das 2 e quebraram o dente de 1.
Incompetentes, bastava dizer que não sabem cuidar de gatos, INCOMPETENTES.
Espero que esse lugar quebre da mesma forma que quebraram o dente da minha gatinha.

I had to have surgery and I couldn't bathe my kittens, so I took them on this pet. Skinned the nails of 2 and broke the tooth of 1.
Incompetent, it was enough to say that they don't know how to take care of cats, INCOMPETENTS.
I hope this place breaks in the same way that my kitten's tooth was broken.
