★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei meu notebook com uma pane, cobraram 120 reais, mantendo a peça velha (foi de fato consertada), porém o preço da nova é R$40,00. Além disso, meu computador voltou com mais dois sistemas em pane, mandei para eles verem e eles negaram ter culpa, mesmo que tenha dado pane durante a manutenção deles.
Resultado final: Pagamento caro e um Noteebook ainda mais estragado.
I sent my notebook with a crash, they charged 120 reais, keeping the old part (it was actually repaired), but the price of the new one is R $ 40.00. In addition, my computer came back with two more systems in a panic, I sent them to see and they denied being guilty, even though it crashed during their maintenance.
End result: Expensive payment and an even more damaged Noteebook.

I paid dearly and they detonated my note. I'll never go back there even with the guarantee they gave me. I will have to buy a new note after what they do on mine. I am extremely upset with this store.
