★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging 5 star hotel prices, but it's not even close. Too many details are lacking, for example, original stickers still on the jacuzzi and the refrigerator, the refrigerator sticking out from the wall (maybe need to measure before you put the things in the room), no soap in the bathroom just shampoo, TV without clear picture, etc.
On the positive side, the swimming pool and garden are like you can see in the pictures. Not in the centre of pipa (less noise and crowd if you are not into that).
I'd give 2.5 stars as rating but that's not available, so rounded down to 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted before booking because I saw comments that the hotel was not in good condition, Darlene of the governance ensured that everything was working. Just to summarize, the jacuzzi wasn't working, it was broked for a long time according to employees, the air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t work, there was no hot water in the shower, they still had chicken bones eaten in the Jacuzzi area in Covid times! when they saw that they had no way to solve it, they simply stopped answering whatssap. I paid for a spa resort and had a hostel experience. Bad place.
