Qualquer dificuldade ou duvida que voce possa ter ela esta pronta para te ajudar e com sorriso largo no rosto a qualquer problema que vc tenha. Bia, nao poderia deixar de registrar o meu muito obrigada a empresa,mas em especial a essa funcionária que sempre é maravilhosa,parceira dos clientes, buscando o melhor valor,melhor acomodação,melhor atendimento, ela faz tudo para nos ver satisfeitos como cliente e ela sempre consegue...ela me auxilia em todos meus eventos,nao abro mão dela por nada!  I have had some experiences with this company, Pippa tour, and I think it is worth registering because it is not every time that we find companies with such qualified professionals, especially the famous BIA, excellent attendant, great professional, with personalized service, in pre and post sale. Any difficulty or doubt that you may have is ready to help you and with a wide smile on your face to any problem you have. Bia, I could not fail to register my thanks to the company, but especially to this employee who is always wonderful, a partner of customers, seeking the best value, best accommodation, best service, she does everything to make us satisfied as a customer and she always succeeds ... she assists me in all my events, I don't give her up for anything! LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi de uma amiga uma proposta de pacote de final de semana no Portobello. Frustrada com um pacote anterior através do próprio resort ( Le Canton), dessa vez, optei pela agência. O ClubMoms também não estava me passando um feedback positivo pq as respostas demoram muito.
Gente, a Adriana explicou q a proposta da PippaTour é oferecer pacotes para famílias. Eu fechei e ainda outros 3 amigos toparam ir junto. O pré venda de todo mundo costuma ser bom, mas eis q tive um problema com as datas reservadas. Contactei a Adriana num domingo. Ela não só se mostrou solidária, como na segunda me acionou com várias possibilidades de troca ou cancelamento. Fiquei impressionada pq não caí na esquecimento e principalmente pq ela se mostrou dedicada e preocupada com minha questão mesmo depois do pacote pago. Por mais agências e profissionais assim!

I received a proposal for a weekend package from Portobello from a friend. Frustrated with a previous package through the resort itself (Le Canton), this time, I opted for the agency. ClubMoms was also not giving me positive feedback because the answers take too long.
Guys, Adriana explained that PippaTour's proposal is to offer packages for families. I closed it and 3 other friends agreed to go along. Everyone's pre-sale is usually good, but here I had a problem with the reserved dates. I contacted Adriana on a Sunday. Not only did she show solidarity, but in the second she triggered me with several possibilities of exchange or cancellation. I was impressed because I did not fall into oblivion and mainly because she was dedicated and concerned with my question even after the package paid. For more agencies and professionals like that!
