★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza para entrega e após uma hora sem receber, liguei para saber o que estava acontecendo. A atendente disse que a pizza já estava com o motoqueiro para entrega. Após 30 minutos sem receber a pizza, liguei novamente para a atendente que desta vez disse que a pizza estava sendo preparada. No mínimo uma falta de atenção com o cliente.
Acabei pedindo uma pizza em outro local.
I ordered a pizza for delivery and after an hour without receiving it, I called to find out what was going on. The attendant said the pizza was already with the biker for delivery. After 30 minutes without receiving the pizza, I called the attendant again who this time said the pizza was being prepared. At least a lack of attention to the customer.
I ended up ordering a pizza at another location.
