★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando levamos nosso carro para fazer uma análise, ver qual problema ele tem é porque não somos mecânicos e precisamos ser BEM atendidos e esclarecidos do que esta acontecendo. Porém a pessoa fala para levar o carro lá, nos desdobramos para ir e chegando no local simplesmente fala que não pode ver, faz desfeita e fica por isso mesmo ? Cliente não é palhaço. Atendimento é tudo !!! É o começo de toda negociação. Falta de Respeito isso Sim. Marcasse ou agendasse. Seria muito mais Profissional. Insatisfeita com a empresa.
When we take our car to do an analysis, to see what problem it has is because we are not mechanics and we need to be WELL taken care of and clarified of what is happening. But the person says to take the car there, we go out of our way to go and arriving at the place, simply say that we can't see it, undo it and stay for that very reason? Customer is not a clown. Service is everything !!! It is the beginning of all negotiation. Lack of Respect for that Yes. Book or schedule. It would be much more professional. Dissatisfied with the company.

The guys are beasts!!! I took my son's Golf to see a noise that we thought was the 7-speed gearbox, but it was the gearshift pad that was banging!!! The car left the workshop silently!!!
