O sistema de cartão para retirar as bebidas não é viável pois é demorado demais. Então paga-se no caixa e ainda assim no balcão, o barman tem que lançar a comanda no sistema. Ficou um aglomerado de pessoas onde não seria necessário se fosse adotado o sistema de fichas.

The card system to withdraw drinks is not feasible as it takes too long. So you pay at the cashier and still at the counter, the bartender has to enter the command into the system.
