★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente de vocês e hoje me decepcionei. Pedi um gás as 10:40 dá manhã até agora o gás não veio. Liguei pra perguntar e a atendente disse que vieram na minha casa e me ligaram e ninguém atendeu, não iam mais entregar hoje e ainda bateu o telefone na minha cara. Minha sala fica colada no portão, não estou com som ligado e ninguém me chamou. Não tem nenhuma chamada perdida no meu telefone. Além de pagar um gás caro abeça, tive que ficar sem o gás pq não vão entregar mais hoje e ainda aturar a atendente bater o telefone na minha cara.
I was always your client and today I was disappointed. I asked for a gas at 10:40 in the morning so far the gas hasn't come. I called to ask and the attendant said they came to my house and called me and no one answered, they were not going to deliver today and even hit the phone in my face. My room is glued to the gate, I have no sound on and nobody called me. There is no missed call on my phone. In addition to paying for expensive gas, I had to run out of gas because they won't deliver today and still put up with the attendant hitting the phone in my face.
