★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 passagens e paguei mais as bagagens no total deu mais de 700 reais , estava levando meu cachorro, eu mandei foto do cachorro , do tamanho dele fiz tudo certo , me informaram que estava tudo certo , que o cachorro poderia embarcar. Chegando no ponto falaram que eu não podia levar o cachorro, muita irresponsabilidade não consegui viajar , total descalço com o passageiro . Não indico pra ninguém essa empresa. toda a equipe despreparada.
