★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a loja para consertar o pneu furado da bicicleta da minha filha. Após o conserto, ela pedalou por 5 minutos, e precisei retornar a loja para refazer o trabalho. Voltou a pedalar, e as rodinhas de apoio nao estavam firmes. Voltei a loja apontando essa observação. Disseram-me que era problema em uma pequena peça e recebi orientações para utilizar uma furadeira e colocar um parafuso no lugar (resumindo: resolva este problema na sua casa), pois não há solução.
Outro detalhe importante, no momento de regular as rodinhas, o funcionário, em vez de desapertar os parafusos, preferiu pegar uma ferramenta e entortar o ferro da rodinha (serviço de preguiçoso) danificando a pintura. (Vide imagens)
Neste trâmite, eu e minha filha (4 anos) perdemos no mínimo 1 hora.
Frustrados, colocamos a bicicleta no carro e me dirigi a outra bicicletaria, onde, apenas em dois minutos, na minha frente, apertaram o parafuso da rodinha.
Essa experiência com a loja, certamente será lida por clientes, contudo, é mais importante que a loja tenha conhecimento de como está trabalhando, reflita e providencie atitudes para melhorar.
I went to the store to fix the flat tire on my daughter's bicycle. After the repair, she pedaled for 5 minutes, and I had to return to the store to redo the work. He went back to pedaling, and the support wheels were not steady. I returned to the store pointing out this observation. They told me it was a problem in a small part and I was instructed to use a drill and put a screw in place (in short: solve this problem at home), as there is no solution.
Another important detail, when adjusting the wheels, the employee, instead of undoing the screws, preferred to take a tool and bend the wheel iron (lazy job) damaging the paintwork. (See images)
In this process, my daughter and I (4 years old) lost at least 1 hour.
Frustrated, we put the bike in the car and headed to another bike shop, where, in just two minutes, in front of me, the wheel bolt was tightened.
This experience with the store will certainly be read by customers, however, it is more important that the store is aware of how it is working, reflect and provide attitudes to improve.
