Comprei uma piscina e paguei pela instalação, surgiram deformidades e desnivelamentos e a empresa informou de forma arbitrária que era culpa nossa (a instalação que eles fizeram é culpa nossa???).
Basta ver que no site do fabricante FIBER não tem qualquer local para atendimento ao cliente e no site do RECLAME AQUI (o mais respeitado site do consumidor onde as empresas que se prezam respondem aos seus clientes) entre as inúmeras reclamações que existem contra a FIBER não tem se quer uma respondida.
Descaso total com os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mais de 20 minutos esperando pra ser atendido e ainda tive de forçar para o mesmo, depois de uma resposta grossa do vendedor nunca mais voltei e nem voltarei lá, fui para outro revendedor da Av Recife onde fui muito bem atendido e saí de lá com todos os produtos que precisava.
