★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma piscina Play Del Carmen em 2020. Estamos em 2022 e até hoje ficaram pendências. A empresa nunca possui os itens necessários para finalizar o serviço...LED, timer, controle remoto, etc. A última vez que a assistência técnica esteve em minha casa, em maio de 2021 recolheu os itens que necessitavam de reparo e até janeiro de 2022 não procederam a reinstalação. Atendimento antes de se concretizar a venda é um, o pós-venda é outro.
I bought a Play Del Carmen pool in 2020. We are in 2022 and there are still pending issues. The company never has the necessary items to complete the service...LED, timer, remote control, etc. The last time technical assistance was at my house, in May 2021 they collected the items that needed repair and until January 2022 they did not reinstall. Service before the sale is made is one, after-sales is another.
