I recommend Igui Anhanguera for the great service from the owners. Always helpful, available for whatever you need. The good thing is that if you have a problem, "Japa Fernando" will only settle if it is resolved for you. Yes, I do !!!

Comprei por acreditar na publicidade. O motor travou o rolamento e ninguem resolve ou quer mexer alegando q so a Igui pode sanar.
Pessima
I bought it because I believed in advertising. The engine has blocked the bearing and no one resolves or wants to tamper claiming that only Igui can heal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima, comprei uma capa Levita através de uma loja autorizada em Ribeirão Preto-SP, em abril de 2018, paguei antecipadamente, o produto demorou e só foi concluída a instalação depois de muito esforço e cobranças em Setembro de 2018, funcionou 20 dias e parou e estou até hoje aguardando um retorno, produto caríssimo e muito ruim, motor fraco, sem nenhum tipo de assistência, vou entrar com processo e solicitar meu dinheiro de volta. Não comprem esse produto!
A terrible company, I bought a Levita cover through an authorized store in Ribeirão Preto-SP, in April 2018, I paid in advance, the product took a long time and the installation was only completed after a lot of effort and charges in September 2018, it worked for 20 days and stopped and I am still waiting for a return, very expensive and very bad product, weak engine, without any assistance, I will file a lawsuit and ask for my money back. Don't buy this product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Entrei em contato com a Piscinas iGui em Ribeirão Preto para que fizessem um orçamento para aquecer a minha piscina. Os técnicos marcaram de vir e não apareceram. Entrei em contato novamente, mais duas vezes, a atendente diz que iria entrar em contato com os técnicos para marcar uma nova data, mas até agora nada.
Lamentável essa postura de alguns funcionários da empresa Piscinas iGUI em Ribeirão Preto! Total desdém com os clientes!
Lousy service. I contacted Piscinas iGui in Ribeirão Preto to make a budget to heat my pool. The technicians scheduled to come and did not appear. I got in touch again, two more times, the attendant says she would contact the technicians to set a new date, but so far nothing.
This attitude of some employees of the company Piscinas iGUI in Ribeirão Preto is unfortunate! Total disdain for customers!

Quando o instalador chegou, o levei a loja para retirar os materiais. Como compro lá há mais de 10 anos, geralmente eu acerto no final do serviço, pois, pode ser necessário algum material a mais. Para minha surpresa, ao pagar a conta no dia seguinte, o valor que era de 450 reais, conforme materiais que foram solicitados pela empresa, foi para 1.145 reais. Já procurei a loja mas nem me respondem. Próximo passo; reclamar na fábrica da Igui, Procon, reclame aqui, etc...
