★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom até vc assinar o contrato, depois...péssimo, ficam de enrolando o tempo todo e passando a responsabilidade para a central da Igui. Até hoje espero contato de uma reclamação que fiz por conta das ondulações no fundo da piscina. Nota "0" para o IGUI piscina do Araçagy.
The service is good until you sign the contract, then ... lousy, they keep messing up all the time and passing the responsibility to the central of Igui. To this day, I expect to hear from a complaint I made because of the ripples at the bottom of the pool. Grade "0" for the IGUI Araçagy pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que atendem por cara e por carro, pois fui lá de moto solicitar uma visita técnica na minha casa pra eles fazerem o orçamento da piscina e até hoje nunca foram.
I think they answer by person and by car, as I went there by motorcycle to request a technical visit to my house so they could budget the pool and until today they never went.

Tem vários modelos já disponíveis para você escolher além daqueles dos mostruários. Tem um atendimento muito agradável e atencioso. Os preços variam de acordo com o tamanho da piscina mais eles fazem parcelamento. Para quem deseja rapidez e simplicidade recomendo.
A shop specializing in prefabricated pools very well located at the beginning of Hilton Rodrigues Avenue. There are several models already available for you to choose from besides those of the showcases. It has a very nice and attentive service. The prices vary according to the size of the pool plus they do installment. For those who want speed and simplicity recommend.
