★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para comprar piscina, vendedores não são passa as informações com clareza referente ao tamanho da piscina ou referente ao motor, a instalação foi demorada, os rapazes que vieram cavar, chegava 10:30 da manhã e ficava uma hora de almoço mais ou menos e ia embora as 15h, muitas vezes tivemos que precisonar para que os serviço fosse feito rápido, fora a demora para chegar piscina, que demora mais de 15 dias do prazo que deram. Cascata foi deixado na nossa mão para realizar a instalação pois o rapaz não vinha fazer a instalação. Fora que quando foi acordado com vendedor que tinha intenção de futuramente colocar aquecedor, e vendedor informou que teria como como instalar, porém quando fomos procurar a fundo, não tem como.
Insatisfeito.
Lousy place to buy a pool, vendors are not giving the information clearly regarding the size of the pool or the engine, the installation was slow, the boys came to dig, it was 10:30 in the morning and it was a lunch hour more or less and left at 3pm, many times we had to wait for the service to be done quickly, apart from the delay to get to the pool, which takes more than 15 days from the deadline they gave. Cascade was left in our hands to carry out the installation because the boy did not come to do the installation. Besides, when it was agreed with a seller that he intended to put a heater in the future, and the seller informed that he would have how to install, but when we went looking for it in depth, there was no way.
Dissatisfied.

São bons para vender, para resolver nada.
Deu defeito no motor que está na garantia e simplesmente não resolvem.
Nem a nota fiscal do produto para eu levar na autorizada eles tem em mãos. Nem se quer sabiam que precisa de nota para deixar o motor e acionar a garantia.
E detalhe, queriam cobrar 200,00 para tirar o motor para eu levar para arrumar. Absurdo atrás de incompetência.
Não gastem seu dinheiro com esse tipo de loja
Terrible. Do not buy a pool at this store.
They are good to sell, to solve anything.
Defected engine that is under warranty and simply do not solve.
Not even the invoice of the product for me to take to the authorized one they have in hand. They didn't even know that you need a note to leave the engine and activate the warranty.
And detail, they wanted to charge 200.00 to remove the engine for me to take away. Nonsense behind incompetence.
