★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Liguei quatro vezes, durante um mês, para fazer orçamento: marcaram de vir e não vieram e na última tentativa disseram que estão sem tempo... como assim? Pq não fecham, então??? Bizarro isso. Imagino durante ou após uma obra, jamais o cliente vai conseguir suporte da empresa.
 Bad experience! I called four times in a month to make a budget: They were scheduled to come and didn't come, and on the last try they said they had no time ... what do you mean? Why don't they close then ??? Bizarre that. I imagine during or after work, the customer will never get support desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 18 Entrei em contato solicitando um orçamento de um vinil ficaram de me mandar passado dois dias entrei em contato novamente dizendo que não havia recebido novamente diseram que mandaria até a presente data não me encaminharam. Agora imagine se para encaminhar um orçamento não fazem questão ou seja enrolan imagina pra execução de uma piscina toda.
On the 18th I got in touch requesting a quote for a vinyl they had to send me after two days I got in touch again saying I had not received it again they said I would send it to the present date they didn't send me. Now imagine if you don't need to submit a budget, that is, just imagine running an entire pool.

A piscina foi transformada e ficou muito bonita e aconchegante. Por este motivo, recomendo o serviço das Piscinas Planalto.
I want to thank Mr Joaquim and all his team for the work they did here at home. Its employees were very helpful, attentive, polite and trained. The pool was transformed and it became very beautiful and cozy. For this reason, I recommend the Planalto Pools service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Contratei a substituição do bolsão da piscina e estou muito insatisfeita com o resultado. A empresa realizou as medidas erradas e teve que devolver o bolsão para ajustar na fábrica . A piscina ficou com emendas, atrapalhando o efeito visual e nos deixando inseguros se irá durar o tempo previsto. Tive uma série de problemas.!!Não recomendo está empresa.
My experience was terrible. I hired the replacement of the pool pocket and I am very unhappy with the result. The company carried out the wrong measurements and had to return the pocket to be adjusted at the factory. The pool was left with seams, disrupting the visual effect and leaving us unsure if it will last the expected time. I had a lot of problems.!! I don't recommend this company.
