★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima...com certeza não vão publicar a minha mas vou deixar minha insatisfação, Sra Viviane p vender uma doçura de pessoa, Sr Douglas atencioso, depois que foi paga e a vista vem com conversinha que deram cortesias para nós aff, como até dar um cheque para outra data, isso foi dado por norma da loja e não pq pedi para dar o cheque mais p frente, mas querem dizer que deram cortesias como futura instalação para aquecimento coisa que a Sra Viviane falou que já vinha na piscina, enfim agora até mangueira tenho que comprar
...o problema e que Ninguém atende nesse lugar e são totalmente ríspidos agora com o cliente...péssima prestação de servico, como falei na hora de vender são ótimos mas depois meus colegas esquece...não recomendo de maneira alguma

... the problem is that no one works there and they are totally harsh now with the customer ... terrible service, as I said at the time of selling are great but then my colleagues forget ... I do not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A piscina até da pro gasto mas o sistema de filtragem é fraco , entope desde a instalação , pinga nas junções, o pós venda é uma vergonha , não cumpriram a promessa que o vendedor fez de que a piscina vinha com a capa, e não atendem o telefone , faz o cliente se sentir horrivel e sem assistência , veja bem , entregaram a piscina e não querem mais saber de nada , ainda responderam que depois de feita vinhamos reclamar , só quero o que foi combinado . Receberam a piscina à vista e depois tchau , o cliente que se vire. A dona tem uma arrogância inquestionavel , é só falar 5 minutos com ela que ja percebe que só quer dinheiro e nao deixar o cliente satisfeito.
The pool is even for the expense but the filtration system is weak, it clogs since the installation, it drips at the joints, the after sale is a shame, they did not fulfill the promise that the seller made that the pool came with the cover, and they do not answer the phone, makes the customer feel horrible and without assistance, you see, they delivered the pool and they don't want to know anything anymore, they still replied that after done we came to complain, I just want what was agreed. They received the pool in sight and then bye, the customer to turn around. The owner has an unquestionable arrogance, just talk to her for 5 minutes and you already realize that she just wants money and doesn't leave the customer satisfied.
