Realizamos a compra de uma piscina italiana de 6x3 metros e pagamos a vista no pix, além de demorar e não cumprir o prazo de entrega e instalação, a piscina TRINCOU em menos de 1 mês instalada. A empresa não quer resolver o problema pois, não foi 1, dois ou 3 anos e sim menos de 1 mês e já estragou.
A piscina está com os degraus fofos quando subimos correndo o risco de trincar mais ainda.
Estou entrando judicialmente contra a empresa e o fabricante que disse que não tem garantia e se quiser tenho que pagar para arrumar, detalhe, arrumar algo novo!
Procurei o Procon e não consegui registrar reclamação pois nem NF do produto recebi, .
Apenas expondo publicamente minha experiência negativa.
TOTAL REPENTANCE.
We made the purchase of an Italian pool of 6x3 meters and paid the view at the pix, in addition to taking time and not meeting the delivery and installation deadline, the pool CRACKED in less than 1 month installed. The company doesn't want to solve the problem because it wasn't 1, two or 3 years but less than 1 month and it's already spoiled.
The pool has cute steps when we go up at the risk of cracking even more.
I'm taking legal action against the company and the manufacturer who said it has no warranty and if I want to, I have to pay to fix it, detail, fix something new!
I looked for Procon and I couldn't register a complaint because I didn't even receive an NF for the product, .
Just publicly exposing my negative experience.
