No dia seguinte disse que estava falando com o fabricante, coisa que ele poderia ter feito durante as duas semanas em que estivemos em contato. Eu estava já com pedreiros em casa, tive que entrar em contato com outro revendedor que me atendeu prontamente.
Achei nada profissional. Foi muito estressante.
Não recomendo.
It was terrible. For two weeks I arranged delivery with him and the day he didn't speak to me, he didn't deliver. The next day he said he was talking to the manufacturer, which he could have done during the two weeks we were in contact. I was already with masons at home, I had to contact another dealer who answered me promptly.
I found nothing professional. It was very stressful.
