★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É raro você entrar nesse estabelecimento e ser atendido. Te julgam pela aparência mesmo sendo um estabelecimento de bairro de classe baixa! Na mente deles acreditam que ricos iram frequenta um ambiente localizado em tal região! Outro detalhe é o fato de que os "vendedores" estão sempre com má vontade de oferecer os produtos, você chega atrás de algo eles simplesmente dizem que não tem e não oferecem outra opção, já na intenção de você sair do estabelecimento. Ou seja, a empresa prática esteriótipos em relação aos clientes.

In their minds, they believe that the rich Iran frequents an environment located in such a region! Another detail is the fact that the "sellers" are always unwilling to offer the products, you come after something they simply say they don't have it and don't offer another option, with the intention of leaving the establishment. In other words, the company practices stereotypes in relation to its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, descanso com o cliente, pois estipulam um prazo para retirada da mercadoria na própria loja e não cumprem, magina com a entrega da residência, pior que ainda informam que vão avisar e nem satisfação dão. Não recomendo...

Tem um bom sortimento de pisos e revestimentos, desde os mais em conta até os mais caros. Dá pra estacionar na calçada. Ótima localização. Leva a metragem do local que você precisa cobrir, escolhe o revestimento, que elas fazem o orçamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não compre com o prazo pra entrega, isso quando tem estoque do produto comprado e quando o cliente quer o cancelamento pedem fotos cartão esse procedimento é totalmente errado.
Bad service, don't buy with the deadline for delivery, that's when you have stock of the purchased product and when the customer wants to cancel, they ask for a photo card, this procedure is totally wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei tres vezes no local, mas definitivamente o que salva a loja é o vendedor Almeida! Tive problema com meu último pedido, liguei, a primeira atendente nem ouviu minha reclamação, a segunda até ouviu disse que iria resolver e nada.
Recorri então ao Sr Almeida que prontamente resolveu.
Poderia dar 10 estrelas, mas apenas para esse cara que nao pensa apenas na venda, mas se importa com o pós venda também!
Todas as vezes que comprei foi com ele.
I've already bought three times at the place, but definitely what saves the store is the seller Almeida! I had a problem with my last order, I called, the first attendant didn't even hear my complaint, the second even heard she said she would solve it and nothing.
I then appealed to Mr Almeida who promptly resolved it.
I could give 10 stars, but only for this guy who doesn't just think about the sale, but cares about the after sales too!
Every time I bought it, it was with him.
