ESTABELECIMENTO DESSA FORMA JAMAIS INDICARIA ESSE LUGAR FORA O PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO
 I BUYED A FLOOR IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT, BUT I MADE A CHOICE AND A SELLER SHOW ME ANOTHER SAYING THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER IN THE END IT WASN'T, I FINALLY BUYED ARRIVING HOME MASONY SAID THAT THE SAME WAS MORE USED FOR THE HOUSEHOLD, I WANT TO FEEL AND FEEL IT ANOTHER, AND TBM WILL ALREADY BUY ONE THAT WOULD BE THE WALL COVERING, THE SAME SAID THAT I WOULD NOT TAKE BACK ... ESTABLISHING IN THIS WAY WOULD NEVER INDICATE THIS PLACE OUTSIDE THE PESSIMO SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo horrível ! Na hora de vender o tratamento é de rei ! Após vender o tratamento é como se tivesse pedindo esmola ! Sempre meio grosseiro e "bufado" como se tivesse pedindo esmola.
A entrega é quando eles que. Foi combinado a entrega em uma semana , eles entregou um pouco atrasado , aí levou mais uma semana para entregar mais um pouco e eles avisar que não tinha o piso que eu pedi.
Me arrependo até a alma !
Terrible awful! When it comes to selling treatment, it's king! After selling the treatment it's like asking for alms! Always a little rude and "snorting" as if begging.
Delivery is when they want it. Delivery was arranged in one week, they delivered a little late, then it took another week to deliver a little more and they let me know that I didn't have the floor I ordered.
I regret to the soul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com muitas opções de pisos. Ótimo atendimento. Pesquisei em várias lojas e o piso que eu queria estava mais barato nessa loja. Comprei pela manhã e no final da tarde já estava entregue o pedido.
Store with many flooring options. Great service. I searched in several stores and the floor I wanted was cheaper in this store. I bought it in the morning and by the end of the afternoon the order was already delivered.

A vendedora é mal educada, preguiçosa, não se quer levanta da cadeira para prestar o atendimento, e muito menos mostrar os produtos, super preguiçosa, não sabe vender e se comunicar. O gerente que deveria ser referência no atendimento, consegue ser pior que os funcionários, super grosso, sem nenhuma empatia com seus clientes. Estive hoje para comprar um revestimento e fui super mal atendido, não recomendo!
The customer service at this store is AWFUL, depressing. The saleswoman is rude, lazy, doesn't want to get up from her chair to provide the service, let alone show the products, super lazy, doesn't know how to sell and communicate. The manager who should be a reference in the service, manages to be worse than the employees, super rude, without any empathy with his customers. I went today to buy a coating and I was super poorly attended, I don't recommend it!
