★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pista é boa, muitos alunos passam ali para aprendizado em Surf&Skate diariamente. Porém, com o passar do tempo e com obras nas proximidades, a pista ficou bastante deteriorada, com ferrugem exposta, onde já houve acidentes com cortes graves. A prefeitura deveria realizar um projeto de revitalização dessa pista, podendo ampliar o espaço e variar o ambiente da pista, em piscinas e rampas, pode colocar ciclovia ao redor, tendo em vista que crianças andam de bicicleta por ali. Também poderiam ampliar a quadra de futebol, muitos talentos podem sair dali, mas sem a infraestrutura adequada, e principalmente, a falta de olhar para o local, deixa bastante a desejar.
The track is good, many students go there to learn Surf&Skate daily. However, over time and with works in the vicinity, the track was quite deteriorated, with exposed rust, where there have already been accidents with serious cuts. The city hall should carry out a project to revitalize this track, expanding the space and changing the environment of the track, in pools and ramps, it can put a bike path around it, given that children ride bicycles around there. They could also expand the soccer field, many talents can leave there, but without the proper infrastructure, and especially, the lack of looking at the place, leaves a lot to be desired.
