Comprei várias peças na loja e uma delas simplesmente arrebentou.
Tentei contato com a loja para verificar a possibilidade de fazer o envio para troca/conserto e fui informada que eles não trocariam e eu que tenho que arcar com as despesas em qualquer lugar que fizer o trabalho. Ou seja tenho que buscar um lugar para fazer o conserto e corro o risco de estragarem minha joia.
Me senti enganada com o vendedora que na hora da compra foi super atenciosa, me explicou e enfatizou várias vezes que a garantia é vitalícia e que vale a pena por isso.
Vou procurar meus direitos no Procon, como consumidora.
