★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente lento e funcionários sem vontade alguma de atender. Qualidade dos lanches caíram drásticamente, carne seca sem sabor (pedi mal passado trouxeram bem passado), pão frio, torrado e seco, queijo não derretido, batata crocante porém sem sabor algum. Demora de 50 minutos para os lanches ficarem prontos, detalhe: restaurante vazio. Funcionários usando a máscara de forma errada (no queixo) ou sem máscara. Entregadores entrando na cozinha sem máscara e sem uniforme correto. Não recomendo a ninguém.
 Extremely slow service and employees with no desire to attend. Snack quality dropped drastically, dry meat with no flavor (I asked for it rare, they brought it well done), cold bread, toasted and dry, cheese not melted, crispy potato without any flavor. It takes 50 minutes for the snacks to be ready, detail: restaurant is empty. Employees wearing the wrong mask (on the chin) or without a mask. Deliverymen entering the kitchen without masks and without proper uniform. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é uma delicia porém só pra comer no local, pq pra entrega é horrível, as atendentes estão nem aí pra nada principalmente de madrugada elas atendem e aí pedem pra esperar e depois desligam e não atendem mais, quando consigo fazer um pedido por ligação depois de uma luta demora uma hora pra chegar e as vezes até queimado vem... ??
The snack is delicious, but just to eat on the spot, because delivery is horrible, the attendants don't care about anything, especially at dawn they answer and then they ask to wait and then they hang up and they don't answer anymore, when I can place an order by call after a fight it takes an hour to arrive and sometimes it even gets burned... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento, como caiu a qualidade do atendimento, foram muito rudes comigo, eu tentei pedido por telefone com 25 ligações, e não consegui caia a ligação toda hora, e acabei indo buscar na Loja, quando cheguei questioneio que estava ocorrendo que não conseguia pedir ao telefone o gerente disse que eu quem tinha desligado, absurdo isso, e depois se retratou dizendo que o telefone estava com Defeito. Para mim chega nunca mais retorno ao Loja da VL Oliveira, vou ao shopping Mogi que lá o atendimento é ótimo.
Terrible Service, as the quality of service dropped, they were very rude to me, I tried to order by phone with 25 calls, and I couldn't get the call off all the time, and I ended up going to pick up the store, when I arrived I questioned what was happening that I couldn't order on the phone the manager said that I was the one who had hung up, absurd that, and then retracted saying that the phone was faulty. For me, I never go back to Loja da VL Oliveira, I go to shopping Mogi, where the service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comi o Ranch com pink limonade e estava muito delicioso. Adoro a maionese que vem com a batata e as batatas estavam muito crocantes.
I had the ranch with pink lemonade and it was very delicious. I love the mayonnaise that comes with the potato and the potatoes were very crispy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são bons, porém o atendimento é bem ruim.....até parece que os funcionários estão descontentes.
O mesmo funcionário que atende no caixa , vão pra cozinha, passa um prazo (que já é longo) e demora.... Não é a primeira vez, já deveriam ter solucionado essa questão, pois são muitas pessoas reclamando.
The snacks are good, but the service is very bad.....it seems that the employees are unhappy.
The same employee who works at the cashier, they go to the kitchen, a deadline passes (which is already long) and it takes time.... It's not the first time, they should have solved this issue by now, because there are many people complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a qualidade dos lanches caíram muito, o atendimento péssimo, sem falar na demora, decidimos vir até o local para comer um lanche quente, porém a cebola e batata encharcadas de muito óleo. 50 minutos esperando. O pedido- dois crispy chicken e um Blue. Que pena, deixei de pedir delivery porque não é a mesma coisa que pedir no local. Depois o empresário não sabe porque os negócios afundam e põem a culpa na situação do país.

The order- two crispy chicken and one blue. Too bad, I stopped ordering delivery because it's not the same thing as ordering locally. Afterwards, the entrepreneur doesn't know why the business sinks and blames the country's situation.
