Ao chegar na clínica antes mesmo de ser atendido a recepcionista pede para vc responder a algumas perguntas em um papel, que na verdade se trata de um questionário socioenômico o qual visa exclusivamente saber da sua condição financeira e não tá nem ai para o seu problema. No meu caso, paguei os 250 reais da consulta e, ao terminar de responder aos questionamentos, a recepcionista entregou-lhes ao DENTISTA. Ademais, tive que aguardar na recepção enquanto ele terminava de ler em seu consultório. Quando veio me atender, com uma cara de desprezo, ainda continuou a perguntar sobre minha condição financeira durante a consulta, investigando com uma cara de decepção, após alguns minutos simplesmente disse que eu não tinha nada que era normal meu rosto, com uma postura mental de "Tu não tem dinheiro mesmo não vou nem me interessar". Ao me dirigir à saída do consultório, antes de abrir a porta, ainda pude ouvir o mesmo sussurrar a atendente perguntando, "Ele pagou a consulta pagou?". Cheguei em casa arrasado, mas graças a Deus hoje resolvi o meu problema com um MÉDICO/DENTISTA exemplar, Dr. João Hyppolyto, o qual me orientou a fazer um plano e me acompanhou durante todo o processo. Como meu problema era de difícil resolução, hoje estou na segunda ortognática, mas totalmente satisfeito com o resultado. Resumo: Profissional altamente mercenário e péssimo atendimento. PS: Ao profissional: Se forme pelo menos em medicina para aprender dar atenção e saber aliviar o sofrimento alheio.
Terrible attendance! When you arrive at the clinic even before being attended to, the receptionist asks you to answer some questions on a paper, which in fact is a socio-economic questionnaire which aims exclusively to know your financial condition and doesn't even care about your problem. In my case, I paid the 250 reais for the consultation and, after finishing answering the questions, the receptionist handed them over to the DENTIST. In addition, I had to wait at the reception while he finished reading in his office. When he came to see me, with a face of contempt, he continued to ask about my financial condition during the consultation, investigating with a face of disappointment, after a few minutes he simply said that I had nothing that was normal about my face, with a mental posture "You don't have any money, I won't even be interested". As I headed out of the office, before opening the door, I could still hear the same whisper of the attendant asking, "Did he pay for the consultation?" I arrived home devastated, but thank God today I solved my problem with an exemplary PHYSICIAN / DENTIST, Dr. João Hyppolyto, who guided me to make a plan and accompanied me throughout the process. As my problem was difficult to solve, today I am in the second orthognathic, but totally satisfied with the result. Summary: Highly mercenary professional and terrible service. PS: To the professional: If you graduate at least in medicine to learn to pay attention and know how to relieve the suffering of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem pela manhã, realizei a extração de dois sisos e a colocação de um implante dentário. Eu já havia realizado esse dois procedimentos em anos anteriores na mesma clínica. Da primeira vez, não deixei aqui registrado minha satisfação, mas nunca é tarde para dizer como sou grata pelo comprometimento, competência e preocupação com o paciente, tanto pelo Dr. Lécio Pitombeira, como pela Dra. Fernanda Bernardi. Os dois são profissionais de altíssimo nível de preparo e conhecimento. Posso dar esse depoimento pelo meu pai, minha mãe, irmãs e cunhados, pois todos nós somos seus pacientes. Não posso esquecer também que alguns de meus amigos já foram atendidos por eles e compartilham da mesma opinião. Meu sentimento é de gratidão também a Deus por ter me permitido encontrar essa clínica e nela me sentir tão confortável e confiante, pois não são procedimentos tão simples. A escolha de um bom profissional faz toda a diferença e posso afirmar que nestes confio 100%. Não senti dor em nenhum momento da cirurgia e o pós-operatório está bem tranquilo, sempre com ótimo acompanhamento e cuidados do Dr. Lécio e da Dra. Fernanda. Yesterday morning, I performed the extraction of two wisdom teeth and the placement of a dental implant. I had performed these two procedures in previous years at the same clinic. The first time, I did not register my satisfaction here, but it is never too late to say how grateful I am for the commitment, competence and concern for the patient, both for Dr. Lécio Pitombeira and for Dr. Fernanda Bernardi. Both are professionals with the highest level of preparation and knowledge. I can give this testimony from my father, mother, sisters and brothers-in-law, as we are all their patients. I also cannot forget that some of my friends have already been taken care of by them and share the same opinion. My feeling is also of gratitude to God for having allowed me to find this clinic and feel so comfortable and confident in it, as these procedures are not so simple. Choosing a good professional makes all the difference and I can say that I trust them 100%. I did not feel pain at any time during the surgery and the postoperative period is very calm, always with excellent monitoring and care from Dr. Lécio and Dr. Fernanda.
