★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não atende as ligações, não entra em contato com o cliente e ainda cobra 20 reais se a pessoa quiser retirar o produto. Horrível
 Bad service, does not answer calls, does not contact the customer and still charges 20 reais if the person wants to withdraw the product. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, levei pra trocar o cabine de meu computador o mesmo demorou 2 meses e ainda colocou um usado e ainda trocou de forma criminosa meu toque sguisn no notebook, esse empresa sempre troca de tomar já rocha, vosmel e agora tem tem esse nome, não recomendo
Bad experience, it took me to change the cabin of my computer, it took 2 months and still put a used one and even criminally changed my touch sguisn on the notebook, this company always changes from taking rock, vosmel and now it has that name, I do not recommend

Depois de 2 meses ,me entregaram ,tive que ir na loja porque o telefone não atendia,mas graças a Deus,o produto ficou bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei meu aparelho p consertar lá, pela segunda vez, me disseram que iam avaliar qual defeito e me dariam o retorno do valor a ser cobrado. Já fazem 12 dias, e ainda não entraram em contato comigo.
I put my device in to repair there, for the second time, they told me that they were going to evaluate which defect and they would give me the return of the amount to be charged. It's been 12 days, and they haven't contacted me yet.

Não gostei e não indico.
Terrible counter service, no answer phone, zap takes time to answer, delays in budgeting, if the budget is not accepted, pay $20 to pick up the product, charged $180 at the air fryer, I took another free budget assistance and they charged me $85, 00 the fix. I didn't like it and I don't indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, levei o ventilador que está na garantia demorou meses pra me entregar dizendo que estava esperando o motor chegar, por fim consertou, passou 3 meses e novamente o motor quebra, levo novamente mesmo processo e quebra 3x parece que eles botam peça velha não recomendo.
Bad service, I took the fan that is under warranty, it took months to deliver to me saying that I was waiting for the engine to arrive, finally fixed it, 3 months went by and the engine breaks again, I take the same process again and it breaks 3 times it seems they put in an old part no I recommend.

Deixei um DVD para orçamento. Após aprovar o orçamento de R$ 40,00, a empresa me ligou aumentando o valor para r$ 120,00 e informando que trabalhava com orçamentos pre-provados de r$ 120,00.
Ora...?!! em momento algum isto foi falado. A impressão que me ficou foi, que eles estavam mentindo e agindo de má fé - pois o problema do DVD era apenas não abertura da porta.
NÃO recomendo!!!

I left a DVD for budget. After approving the budget of R$40.00, the company called me, increasing the amount to R$120.00 and informing me that it worked with pre-proven budgets of R$120.00.
Now...?!! at no time was this spoken. The impression I got was that they were lying and acting in bad faith - because the DVD's problem was just not opening the door.
I do not recommend!!!
