★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Pedi calabresa, demoraram muito e mandaram 4 queijos. Quando percebi o entregador já tinha ido embora. Não atendem o telefone 32770222. Pedi pelo ifood e vou reclamar com eles pois deviam colocar pizzaria com atendimento melhor para nós fornecer. Não indico.
Terrible experience. I ordered pepperoni, they took a long time and they sent 4 cheeses. When I noticed the delivery man was already gone. They don't answer the phone 32770222. I asked for ifood and I'm going to complain to them because they should put a pizzeria with better service for us to provide. I don't indicate.

Entretanto o atendimento é ruim, só ganha de "brinde" o refrigerante caso faça o pedido da pizza pelo site, ou seja se gastar o seu crédito e ligar nao vem acompanhado com o refrigerante, além de quê a atendente é extremamente mal treinada, nem mesmo para dar informações de como pedir a pizza, pelo site(como pedir meia pizza ou fazer cadastro). Fiz um pedido pelo telefone na primeira vez e na segunda tentei pelo site e ele dizia ja estar meu CPF cadastrado, assim impossibilitando o pedido. Ao ligar para tirar dúvidas eles(atendente) não sabe informar e ainda não resolve problema algum. Ao dizer então que irei cancelar o pedido ela nem mesmo pede desculpas e nem da boa noite. Em suma eu digo que a pizza veio boa e a entrega foi no prazo. Mas em relação ao atendimento e funcionamento do site, essa empresa peca e muito.
The pizzas are good. However the service is poor, you only get toast the soda if you order the pizza through the site, ie if you spend your credit and call is not accompanied with the soda, and the attendant is extremely poorly trained, or even to give you information on how to order pizza through the website (like ordering half pizza or making a sign up). I placed an order over the phone the first time and the second I tried through the site and he said that my CPF was already registered, thus making the request impossible. When calling for questions they (attendant) can not inform and still does not solve any problem. In saying then that I will cancel the order she does not even apologize and not even good night. In short I say the pizza came good and the delivery was on time. But regarding the service and operation of the site, this company sins a lot.
