★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre pedia de lá, mas está horrível, além de cara. Antigamente eles tinham frete grátis, mas agora temos que pagar (e não é barato). Fiz o pedido e o entregador se recusou a subir. Eu não podia descer. Tentei falar com o entregador pelo interfone para explicar o motivo pelo qual eu não podia descer e ele não quis nem falar comigo e ainda foi grosseiro com o porteiro, só fez deixar a pizza sobre uma cadeira. Então ele percebeu que esqueceu o refrigerante. Foi buscar e também deixou sobre a cadeira sem nem avisar o porteiro. Ligamos para a pizzaria e falamos com a dona (Socorro). Ela disse "Se vocês já tão ligando pra pedir desculpas.... tudo bem". Então, se o cliente é ofendido, paga caro pela pizza (que chegou fria) e pela entrega, liga pra reclamar com a dona e ela ainda acha que é o cliente que deve se desculpar. NÃO RECOMENDO A PIZZARIA A NINGUÉM! Falta de consideração com o cliente. Não tem interesse nenhum em agradar, deveria logo fechar as portas. Existem excelentes pizzarias com massa napolitana aqui em Fortaleza que têm pizza nessa mesma faixa de valor, possuem o atendimento cordial e o sabor é maravilhoso. Não perca seu tempo com essa pizzaria de péssimo atendimento e que a pizza é feita com massa de esfirra.
I always order from there, but it's horrible, besides expensive. They used to have free shipping, but now we have to pay (and it's not cheap). I placed the order and the delivery man refused to come up. I couldn't go down. I tried to talk to the delivery man on the intercom to explain why I couldn't go down and he didn't even want to talk to me and he was rude to the doorman, he just left the pizza on a chair. Then he realized he forgot the soda. He went to get it and also left it on the chair without even telling the doorman. We called the pizzeria and spoke with the owner (Socorro). She said "If you guys are calling to apologize....it's ok". So, if the customer is offended, he pays dearly for the pizza (which arrived cold) and for the delivery, calls the owner to complain and she still thinks it's the customer who should apologize. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PIZZERIA TO ANYONE! Lack of consideration for the customer. Has no interest in pleasing, should soon close the doors. There are excellent pizzerias with Neapolitan pasta here in Fortaleza that have pizza in the same price range, have friendly service and the taste is wonderful. Don't waste your time with this pizzeria with terrible service and that pizza is made with esfirra dough.
