★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelaram o meu pedido pelo ifood depois de quase 2 horas com a justificativa de que não tinham os ingredientes e nem entraram em contato para pedir desculpas ou mostrar outra alternativa. Com esse tratamento indiferente perderão muitos clientes. Nas fotos anexo você pode verificar o horário em que foi feito o pedido e o momento em que decidiram cancelar.
They canceled my order by ifood after almost 2 hours with the justification that they didn't have the ingredients and they didn't even get in touch to apologize or show another alternative. With this indifferent treatment they will lose many customers. In the attached photos you can check the time when the order was placed and the time when they decided to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo iFood porquê fica a 300 metros de onde moro e a entrega seria rápida. Após várias tentativas de comunicação com o restaurante e UMA HORA DE ATRASO na entrega, mesmo o status dizendo que o motoboy já estava à caminho, eles cancelaram o pedido.
Consideração ZERO com o cliente.
I placed an order through iFood because it is 300 meters from where I live and delivery would be fast. After several attempts to communicate with the restaurant and ONE HOUR DELAY in delivery, even though the status said that the courier was already on his way, they canceled the order.
ZERO consideration for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo qualidade o molho de tomate e tão ruim que a cor é rosa ao invés de vermelho. Parece massa de pão ou seja pedir uma vez para nunca mais.
Terrible quality the tomato sauce and so bad that the color is pink instead of red. It looks like bread dough, that is, asking once and never again.

E como eles não fazem entrega nessa região fui pessoalmente no local para comprar a pizza. O atendente me recusou a fazer meu pedido. Disse que iria fazer só se eu pedisse pelo aplicativo. Mesmo eu explicando toda situação. Por fim, voltei para o plantão tento gastado 40 reais de condução e sem a pizza. Que piada esse lugar! ZERO recomendação! NÃO recomendo!

Nao estava bem assada; 4. Valor da pizza grande em outras pizzarias com qualidade superior é o valor da pizza gigante. Enfim, desrespeito...

Pedi uma pizza mais simples de mussarela, para não ter surpresas.
Os caras conseguiram estragar a pizza de mussarela, colocaram queijo parmesão, a pizza veio fedida e mussarela era quase um nada,sem contar que a massa é pesada,o molho de tomate era sal puro...
Foi a primeira vez ,para nunca mais.
Não recomendo NADA que seja associado a essa marca Rão.

Slow delivery, horrible pizza.
I ordered a simpler mozzarella pizza, so there were no surprises.
The guys managed to ruin the mozzarella pizza, they put parmesan cheese, the pizza came stinky and the mozzarella was almost nothing, not to mention that the dough is heavy, the tomato sauce was pure salt...
It was the first time, never again.
I do not recommend ANYTHING associated with this Rão brand.
