Até aí tudo bem, porém tentei ligar para o estabelecimento e mandar mensagem onde não tive sucesso com o contato. Meu pedido estava pronto a mais de uma hora quanto consegui contato onde iriam me enviar o pedido já frio e tentei cancelar pois ninguém tem que pagar por uma coisas que já perdeu a qualidade. Fiquei mega frustrada com a situação de fazer minha família esperar o pedido a mais que deveria onde ouve dificuldade até mesmo de contato com estabelecimento pra resolver a situação. Não conseguimos o cancelamento e ainda pagamos pelo pedido sem qualidade.
I placed an order at 99, where the order was not delivered due to lack of commitment from the delivery partner. So far so good, but I tried to call the establishment and send a message where I was not successful with the contact. My order was ready more than an hour ago when I got in touch where they would send me the cold order and I tried to cancel it because no one has to pay for something that has already lost its quality. I was very frustrated with the situation of making my family wait for the order more than it should, where there is even difficulty in contacting the establishment to resolve the situation. We didn't get the cancellation and we still paid for the order without quality.
