★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com o pizza Hut da 9 de julho, tentei pedir para entregar no hotel e pelo app do uber eats dizia que não tinha entregador parceiro, fui até o local e mesmo assim não tive opção de pedir pelo app e a atendente pediu para o entregador que ativasse o app do uber eats, tudo isso porque pelo app oferece por um preço e no local é mais caro.
 I had a bad experience with the pizza Hut on 9 de Julho, I tried to order it to be delivered to the hotel and through the uber eats app it said that there was no delivery partner, I went to the place and even then I had no option to order through the app and the attendant asked for the delivery person who activated the uber eats app, all this because through the app it offers for a price and on the spot it is more expensive.

Liguei por volta das 21h e disse que uma pessoa buscaria a pizza e, se possível, que deixasse separado os sachês de orégano e pimenta. infelizmente a teimosia do atendente fez com que esses sachês não fossem separados porque “poderia ser solicitado na hora”. Não entendo o que custaria ter deixado separado. Eu também solicitei a super pepperoni por um valor extra e quando eu abri a caixa, veio exatamente a quantidade do sabor de uma pepperoni normal. Reforço que a experiência, infelizmente, foi ruim e constrangedora.
My experience with the Pizza Hut unit on Av was not very pleasant. July 9. I called around 9pm and said that someone would pick up the pizza and, if possible, leave the oregano and pepper sachets separate. unfortunately the stubbornness of the attendant meant that these sachets were not separated because “it could be requested on the spot”. I don't understand what it would cost to have left it apart. I also ordered the super pepperoni for an extra charge and when I opened the box it came out exactly the same amount of flavor as a regular pepperoni. I reinforce that the experience, unfortunately, was bad and embarrassing.
