★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Pizza Hut em que já estive e comi no local.
Na primeira a aassa veio crua. A mesma pessoa que atendeu, fez a pizza (sem luvas e lendo todas as colinhas). Obviamente pedimos pra trocar e a massa veio no ponto correto mas daí metade veio com muito queijo parmesão desses baratos. Era outra pizza, e de marguerita não tem nada e zero manjericão.
Sobre dentro da loja, calor demais - 30 graus e o ar desligado. A caixa de som toca FM com comercial desses chatos e longos. No dia, estava tendo treinamento e tinha mais gente no balcão que fora, fora o barulho e aquela sensação de cobaia ao provar pizza feita pelos novatos.
Mais sobre a pizza: foi com muito pouco recheio, até para o padrão americano (comi bastante por lá nos anos de 1998, 99 e recentemente em 2019, então não digo isso sem ter tido experiência de lá). Mesmo comparando com SP e Campinas, muda muito. Uma vergonha para o padrão Hut.
A massa com gosto diferente também Não sei o que aconteceu. Depois que tirou fora Pepsi e entrou com Coca e mudou a pegada de tipo de loja, piorou bastante. Foi para Frango Assado também. Decisões difíceis de se entender.
Se não tomarem cuidado, vão sair do Brasil vendo a Domino's continuar a crescer.
 Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to and ate at the place.
At first, the wing came raw. The same person who answered, made the pizza (without gloves and reading all the columns). Obviously we asked to change it and the dough came in the right spot but then half of it came with a lot of parmesan cheese. It was another pizza, and margarita has nothing and zero basil.
About inside the store, too hot - 30 degrees and the air turned off. The speaker plays FM with these boring and long commercials. On the day, I was having training and there were more people at the counter than outside, apart from the noise and that feeling of guinea pig when tasting pizza made by newcomers.
More about the pizza: it was with very little filling, even for the American standard (I ate a lot there in 1998, 99 and recently in 2019, so I don't say that without having had experience there). Even comparing with SP and Campinas, it changes a lot. A shame for the Hut standard.
The dough tastes different too I don't know what happened. After he took out Pepsi and came in with Coke and changed the store type footprint, it got a lot worse. He went to Chicken Assado too. Difficult decisions to understand.
If they're not careful, they'll leave Brazil watching Domino's continue to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que tristeza... Pedi a pizza pelo site para retirada no restaurante. O funcionário nem sabia do meu pedido e foi consultar um computador nos fundos da loja para confirmar que de fato o pedido tinha chegado. Restaurante lotado, apenas três funcionários fazendo tudo e nada ao mesmo tempo, sem qualquer padronização. aparentemente nenhum gerente, em uma das épocas mais movimentadas do ano. Fiquei esperando por mais de uma hora, enquanto outros clientes também chegavam com pedidos errados e atrasados. Em determinado momento avisaram a quem estava na fila que a massa acabou e não aceitariam mais pedidos no dia. Como é possível uma marca como a pizza hut ter completamente abrido mão de um atendimento no mínimo decente? Nesse padrão a loja não irá durar muito mais tempo.
How sad... I ordered the pizza through the website to be picked up at the restaurant. The clerk didn't even know about my order and went to consult a computer in the back of the store to confirm that the order had indeed arrived. Crowded restaurant, only three employees doing everything and nothing at the same time, without any standardization. apparently no manager at one of the busiest times of the year. I was waiting for over an hour while other customers also arrived with wrong and late orders. At a certain point, they warned whoever was in line that the pasta was over and they would no longer accept orders that day. How is it possible that a brand like pizza hut has completely given up on at least decent service? In this pattern the store won't last much longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha somente uma pessoa, que fez todas as funções lá dentro. Tivemos que repetir tres vezes pra ele nosso pedido, a pizza veio estava ok, mas não era uma pizza hut, a massa parecia de pizza pre assada de supermercado, já comi pizza hut em outras cidades e nitidamente não é o mesmo produto. Fomos tomar refrigerante a máquina quebrou e o botão caiu dentro do copo, sujando minha roupa, na próxima vez que fui tomar o refrigerante acho que a máquina acabou o gás, e saiu no meu copo somente o xarope do refrigerante, aí então o único "funcionário" foi arrumar. Na hora do pagamento tive de ouvir "Desculpe o transtorno é que vocês foram o primeiro cliente do dia" como assim ????? O restaurante a partir do momento que está aberto tem que dar conta do seu atendimento. Péssima experiência.
There was only one person, who did all the functions inside. We had to repeat our order three times for him, the pizza came was ok, but it wasn't a pizza hut, the dough looked like a pre-baked supermarket pizza, I've had pizza hut in other cities and it's clearly not the same product. We went to drink soda, the machine broke and the button fell into the glass, dirtying my clothes, the next time I went to drink the soda, I think the machine ran out of gas, and only the soda syrup came out of my glass, then the only " employee" went to tidy up. At the time of payment I had to hear "Sorry for the inconvenience, you were the first customer of the day" what do you mean ????? The restaurant from the moment it is open has to take care of its service. Bad experience.
