Fiz pedido de 1 pizza demorou 1 hora para chegar, quando finalmente chegou, não era o que eu tinha pedido, liguei para falar e tiraram o telefone do gancho.
Terrible attendance.
I ordered 1 pizza took 1 hour to arrive, when it finally arrived, it was not what I had ordered, I called to speak and they took the phone off the hook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava mt,mas a qualidade caiu. Os ingredientes(bacon,catupiry,palmito...) estão vindo em menor quantidade,antes tinha mais.E o valor aumentou.
Liked mt, but the quality dropped. The ingredients (bacon, catupiry, palm heart ...) are coming in smaller quantity, before had more. And the value has increased.

Siu cliente a uns dois anos, de uns meses pra cá o atendimento está com um descaso total! WhatsApp fica online o tempo todo e não visualiza e nenhum dos telefones atende. É pelo ifood o pedido foi realizado normal. Achei total descaso com o cliente!

Siu customer a couple of years, a few months now the service is a total disregard! WhatsApp goes online all the time and does not display and none of the phones answers. It is by ifood the order was made normal. I found total neglect with the customer!
