★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantástica a pizza deles, nos surpreendeu, pegamos a mais simples, aquelas das promoções mesmo, já logo de cara esperávamos ser mais uma, aquelas com massa seca, ingredientes de má qualidade e tal. Mas a Pizza Nell superou todas as nossas espectativas, uma massa maravilhosa, os ingredientes de ótima qualidade, molhadinha e uma quantidade bem considerada de cada item. Isso sem falar no atendimento diferenciado do pessoal, sempre preocupados em não extrapolar o tempo de espera. A embalagem é personalizada com o nome da loja, revestida com filme na parte interna conforme determina a ANVISA. Estão de Parabéns!
 Fantastic their pizza, surprised us, we took the simplest, those of the same promotions, right away we expected to be one more, those with dry pasta, poor quality ingredients and such. But Pizza Nell surpassed all our expectations, a wonderful dough, the best quality ingredients, wet and a well considered quantity of each item. Not to mention the differentiated service of the staff, always concerned not to exceed the waiting time. The packaging is personalized with the name of the store, coated with film inside as determined by ANVISA. They are to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito triste com atendimento,pedir um arroz para acompanhar um tal de filé de tilapia sem tempero,o arroz azedo e requentado no microondas,paguei pelo serviço mau prestado,pq nao gosto de confusão, mas presisam melhorar MUUUUUUIITOOOO!HJ AKI FICA A MINHA INDIGNAÇÃO!DEUS ABENCOE KI MELHOREM!!!!
I was very sad with care, ordering a rice to accompany such a seasoned tilapia fillet, rice and reheated in the microwave, I paid for the poor service, because I do not like confusion, but need to improve MUUUUUUIITOOOO! HJ AKI IS MY INDIGNATION! GOD BLESS KI BETTER !!!!

Pedi 2 pizzas gigantes as 20:20.
A previsão de entrega era de 1hra ou seja, as 21:20.
A partir de 21:40 ligamos 4 vezes para o estabelecimento querendo saber do pedido.
A atendente sem nenhum tato comercial de atendimento ao cliente contra argumentando como se ela estivesse correta.
A pizza chegou as 22:30 FRIA.
Além disso, o recheio de uma das pizzas veio TODO grudado na caixa.
Todas as vezes que ligamos a resposta é de que o motoboy já havia saído com o pedido. Mas o detalhe é que dá um minuto de moto do estabelecimento até minha casa.
Rubbish.
Ordered 2 giant pizzas to 20:20.
The delivery forecast was 1hra ie 21:20.
From 21:40 we called the property 4 times asking for the request.
The clerk with no business tact against customer service arguing as if she were correct.
The pizza arrived 22:30 COLD.
Also, the filling of one of the pizzas came ALL sticking in the box.
Every time we call the answer is that the motoboy had already left with the request. But the detail is that it gives a motorbike minutes from the establishment to my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza estava boa, mas estou dando essa avaliação pela demora, fiz o pedido ontem as 21:30 ela foi chegar aqui em casa as 23:45, por favor tentem melhorar o tempo de entrega, das outras vez que eu pedir ela chegava em torno 30 a 40 minutos, super recomendo vc pq já compro a um bom tempo mas ontem deixou a desejar pela demora dessa vez
