★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo aplicativo do Rappi, demorou 1 hora além do horário previsto, o tempo todo estava em contato com o entregador que também ficou inconformado com a demora para a finalização por parte do restaurante. Pedi uma pizza salgada e estava extremamente seca, massa finíssima que parecia a massa de um rap10, dou duas estrelas pois a pizza doce estava muito boa, porém não vale a demora. Não voltarei a fazer pedidos novamente por conta dessa experiência.
 I placed the order through the Rappi application, it took 1 hour beyond the scheduled time, the entire time I was in contact with the delivery man who was also unhappy with the delay for the restaurant's completion. I ordered a salty pizza and it was extremely dry, very thin dough that looked like a rap10 dough, I give it two stars because the sweet pizza was very good, but it is not worth the delay. I will not place orders again because of this experience.

Atrasaram e disseram que estava a caminho e depois de mais de 150 minutos, não responderam mais, reembolsaram o pagamento e fecharam as comunicações como se nunca tivesse ocorrido. Deixaram minha família aguardando com fome. Que horror de atendimento e falta de respeito com o cliente. Foi primeira e última vez.
Pizza Prime do Campolim, tremendous lack of respect for the customer. They delayed and said it was on its way and after more than 150 minutes, they no longer responded, refunded the payment and closed communications as if it had never happened. They left my family to wait hungry. What horror of service and lack of respect for the customer. It was the first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não foi satisfatória, pedi com borda de catupiry, só que não veio nem o cheiro do catupiry, quando liguei pra falar do ocorrido, a atendente que não tem culpa, pediu desculpas, conversou na cozinha, e nada foi resolvido. Me disse que ficaria com crédito na proxima pizza, mas, não haverá próxima pizza, e infelizmente não me deram mais retorno e não teve mais preocupação com o meu problema, isso porque, foi a primeira vez que pedi nessa pizzaria.
Unfortunately, it was not satisfactory, I ordered it with a creamer rim, but the smell of the creamer didn't come, when I called to talk about what happened, the attendant, who is not at fault, apologized, talked in the kitchen, and nothing was resolved. He told me he would get credit for the next pizza, but there won't be any next pizza, and unfortunately they didn't give me any more feedback and he didn't have to worry about my problem anymore, that's because it was the first time I ordered in this pizzeria.
