Horrible self service, I have contacted them several times via messages and no one responds. There is no human attendant, only robot and worse, ineffective!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O aplicativo é muito ruim, eles prometem cupom de 10% de desconto com fidelidade de 10 pizzas, mas não deram. As atendentes muito mal educadas e não anotam os pedidos direito.
The app is very bad, they promise 10% off coupon with loyalty of 10 pizzas, but they didn't give it. The attendants are very rude and don't take orders properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza não tem que reclamar , mais a demora é de matar pelo amor de Deus, não é a primeira vez que compro , e demora quase 3 horas pra entregar isso pq e aqui no bairro msm, os motoboys some, a própria empresa tem que ficar contantando os caras pra saber onde estão..tem como dar menos 50 *0*...nunca mais Deus me livre.
The pizza doesn't have to complain, but the delay is to kill for the love of God, it's not the first time I buy it, and it takes almost 3 hours to deliver it because and here in the neighborhood, the motoboys disappear, the company itself has to keep telling the guys to know where they are..it's possible to give less 50 *0*...never again God forbid.
