Ontem fui conhecer a Pizzaiolo-Restaurante e Pizzaria LTDA , local que oferece várias opções e ainda localizado perto de casa. Chegando lá meu noivo já começou a fazer suas avaliações do local como Administrador que é e pedi para ele parar e relaxar um pouco. Fizemos o pedido de uma pizza e ficamos aguardando. O tempo passa - 30 min - e vem a impaciência e a fome, e ainda percebemos que uma mesa de clientes que chegou depois da gente estava sendo servida, novamente eu pedi calma. Esperamos mais um pouco e após 50 min, uma outra mesa, também de cliente que chegaram após a gente, foi servida. Nesse momento disse "vamos" e ele chamou a garçonete e relatou o fato, e a mesma disse que não sabia o que estava acontecendo. "Nossa se ela que estava atendendo, não sabia imagine a gente!". Por fim, fomos a Pizzarela , fizemos nossa solicitação, pagamos e pedimos para entregar em casa e perguntamos o tempo e nos informaram que em 30 min estavavam entregando. E foi assim, pontualmente no tempo informado estavamos em casa comendo pizza. Pizzarela 10 X Pizzaiolo 0.
I do not recommend!!!
Yesterday I got to know the Pizzaiolo-Restaurant and Pizzaria LTDA, place that offers several options and still located close to home. Getting there my fiance has already started to make his site assessments as an Administrator and I asked him to stop and relax for a while. We ordered a pizza and waited. Time goes by - 30 min - and impatience and hunger come, and we still realized that a table of customers who arrived after us was being served, again I asked for calm. We waited a little longer and after 50 min another table, also from customer who arrived after us, was served. At that moment he said "let's go" and he called the waitress and reported it, and she said she didn't know what was going on. "Wow, if she was answering, she couldn't imagine us!" Finally, we went to Pizzarela, made our request, paid and asked to deliver at home and asked the time and informed us that in 30 min they were delivering. And so it was, on time we were at home eating pizza. Pizzarela 10 X Pizzaiolo 0.

I really liked the pizza, but the service was lacking, we spent almost two hours waiting for a pizza to be ready. Lack of organization!!!

The pizza doesn't match the menu. They changed the order twice already. Inexperienced Pizzaiolo. Terrible service.
