★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima primeira experiência, além de demorarem mais de 2 horas para entrega pedi um pastel e um Beirute, o pastel veio queimado, e o Beirute que deveria ser de frango especial, veio uma mistura de calabresa ralada, carne e palmito.
Quando conseguido o contato pelo telefone (depois de quase meia hora) me foi informado que demoraria muito tempo pra entrega e ou se não pudesse esperar, ficaria com o crédito de R$ 30,00 (correspondente ao valor do Beirute) para um próximo pedido.
Porém, diante da primeira experiência, não pretendo voltar a comprar, pois além de tudo, ainda tem o atendimento pelo WhatsApp robotizado, que dificulta ainda mais a comunicação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, fiz o pedido às 22:00 e demoraram 2 horas e meia pra entregar ou seja chegaram 00:10!!
Mandei mensagem para saber o que tinha acontecido isso umas 23:15 me falaram uma mentira brava dizendo que o moto boy havia caído da moto fiquei preocupado e disse tudo bem vou esperar nisso demorou mais daí liguei lá pra saber e descobrir que não tinha acontecido nenhum acidente com ninguém, isso é uma falar de respeito com o cliente! Essa foi a última vez que comprei algum com eles!!!! ???
E ainda inda não me mandaram a Coca que eu pedi!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente a alguns meses e já tive problemas anteriores, mas desta vez não acreditei no que aconteceu. Pedi 3 esfihas, 1 Pizza e 1 Coca-Cola. O motoboy entregou as 3 esfihas e a Coca-Cola, sem a pizza. Pediu para eu ligar na pizzaria e levou o valor (R$) total do pedido. Liguei informado que a pizza não tinha vindo e ficaram de mandar. Após 26 minutos entregaram as 3 esfihas novamente e nada da pizza. Liguei novamente informando que iria até a pizzaria para resolver o problema. Chegando lá informai que não queria mais o pedido e que queria o dinheiro de volta. Disse ao gerente que nem poderia está lá para resolver isso, pois estou me recuperando de uma lesão no pé e o mesmo me disse o seguinte "PROBLEMA E SEU". Nunca na minha vida fui tão destratado em um estabelecimento. Não acredito até agora no que eu ouvi.

The motoboy delivered the 3 esfihas and the Coca-Cola, without the pizza. He asked me to call the pizzeria and took the total amount (R$) of the order. I called informed that the pizza had not arrived and they were to send it. After 26 minutes they delivered the 3 esfihas again and no pizza. I called again saying that I would go to the pizzeria to solve the problem. When I got there, I informed them that I no longer wanted the order and that I wanted my money back. I told the manager that he couldn't even be there to solve this as I'm recovering from a foot injury and he told me the following "PROBLEM IS YOURS". Never in my life have I been so mistreated in an establishment. I still don't believe what I heard.
