★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro na artico cursino a algum tempo, sempre foi rápido e raramente tive insatisfações.
Hoje infelizmente notei que trocaram o catupiry por um de péssima qualidade, a pizza que costumamos pedir acabou ficando bem ruim. Dou 3 estrelas com pesar, espero que corrijam isso pois é a entrega mais rapida na maioria das vezes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o pedido via Ifood as 22:00, estava previsto para entrega as 22:50, porém houve um atraso de mais de uma hora, até que não aguentei mais e optei por cancelar o pedido. Nesse meio tempo liguei para a loja em 4 oportunidades, e não fui atendido em nenhuma delas. Em uma ligação fiquei mais de 15 minutos na linha, ouvindo a música de espera e não fui atendido. Enfim, devido ao total descaso da loja, resolvi cancelar o pedido. Experiência horrível.

Além disso, mesmo perto, sofro com atrasos enormes. Agora mesmo estou em um: pedi às 23h24. Previsão de entrega 00h13. São 1h13 da manhã e nada do pedido. E mais: a loja fechou no ifood e o telefone não atende. Ou seja, fecharam e nem sequer deram bola para o meu pedido, esqueceram. Você seria cliente de uma pizzaria que te esquece? Pois é isso que a Ártico faz. Farei o favor de esquecê-los. A concorrência agradece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar direto e simples, dia 1 de janeiro estava eu caminhando pela Avenida do Cursino, quando encontrei o estabelecimento(já conhecia o mesmo, porém só no aplicativo, nunca havia conhecido pessoalmente), sendo o primeiro dia do ano não tinham muitas opções disponíveis naquela noite, prontamente entrei e fiz meu pedido, tinha um amplo cardápio de pizzas na promoção (por menos de 40,00 reais), naquela noite a demanda estava relativamente alta, mas deram conta do pedido, foi feito rápido, os atendentes são prestativos dentro de suas funções, o ambiente é bem simples e não é destinado ao consumo no local.
O estacionamento cabe no máximo dois carros, perto da entrada ficam as motos dos entregadores, até por esse motivo é ´preciso ter cuidado para entrar, em dias de grande demanda tem trânsito intenso de motoboys na Avenida, voltado a parte interna do estabelecimento, poderiam ter uma área de espera um pouco maior e mais bem planejada para quem vai retirar os pedidos.
Quanto ao principal, a Pizza, é boa pela proposta cobrada e entregue, tanto pedido por telefone bem como presencialmente não tive problemas, o custo benefício é bem compatível com a média do local.
