★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo valor e top, final de semana é mais facil a retirada no balcão, entrega complicada devido a demanda, peça sempre com bastante antecedência, vale a pena galera.

The bad thing is to start with the horrible service by whatsapp, you wait ten minutes and the attendant only rings when you ask to cancel.

Detalhe.. So soube pois insisti em obter informações que a cada pergunta noWhatsApp me informaram que estava saindo, seguindo de um pedido de desculpas. Cancelei pedido as 23:40 e tudo que recebi foi um "okay"
Ridículo..
Não adianta ter preço se não consegue cumprir um prazo razoável.
First contact 21:15.. I ordered a pizza and after 2 hours it was not possible to answer me.
Detail.. I only found out because I insisted on getting information that with each question on WhatsApp they informed me that I was leaving, followed by an apology. I canceled order at 11:40 pm and all I got was an "okay"
Ridiculous..
There's no point in having a price if you can't meet a reasonable deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de 2 pizzas as 20:50 do dia 29/01/2022 para ser entregue em casa, a atendente me informou que o tempo de espera seria de 1 hora e meia acabei aceitando passou 3 horas depois de ter feito o pedido liguei no estabelecimento e fui informada que as pizzas só poderiam ser entregues 2 horas depois.
Um descaso com o cliente 5 horas de espera.
Espero que melhorem.
I placed an order for 2 pizzas at 20:50 on 01/29/2022 to be delivered at home, the attendant informed me that the waiting time would be 1 and a half hours I ended up accepting it passed 3 hours after placing the order I called at the establishment and was informed that the pizzas could only be delivered 2 hours later.
A negligence with the customer 5 hours of waiting.
I hope they get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fiz um pedido (primeira e última vez) exatamente as 21:03 e mesmo com muita insistência, apos várias ligações, sempre me informaram que estavam preparando! Tenho dois adolescentes, sendo um deles AUTISTA; e após as 23:40, resolvi desistir, uma vez que se tornou impossível permanecer aguardando. Não recomendo esta experiência a ninguém que esteja, assim como eu na ocasião, buscando por um serviço delivery crendo em oferecer as pessoas que amo uma refeição digna. Pois ao final tive que improvisar um lanche rapida, já que até tentar fazer pedido em outro lugar, se tornaria muito tarde para quem já estava a mais de duas horas com necessidades de se alimentar.
Unfortunately I placed an order (first and last time) at exactly 9:03 pm and even with a lot of insistence, after several calls, I was always informed that they were preparing! I have two teenagers, one of whom is AUTISTIC; and after 23:40, I decided to give up, since it became impossible to wait. I do not recommend this experience to anyone who is, like me at the time, looking for a delivery service believing in offering the people I love a worthy meal. In the end, I had to improvise a quick snack, since even trying to order somewhere else, it would be too late for those who had been needing food for more than two hours.
