★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento moça atendeu e manda ligar de novo, demorou 1h45 para entregar, na pizzaria várias vezes e nada de alguém me atender, veio esfiha faltando. Experiência péssima, primeira e última vez que pesso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza demorou mais de uma hora e meia pra ser entregue de acordo com o horário previsto, a pizza chegou fria, a embalagem não era boa, pedi com a borda recheada onde foi pago R$4 a mais do valor da pizza e veio completamente sem recheio, catupiry de péssima qualidade, liguei na pizzaria duas vezes e não fui bem atendida e na segunda vez a moça que me atendeu desligou o telefone na minha cara e não é uma pizza saborosa. PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE.

Sem sabor, sem os ingredientes que dizem que vai ter na pizza e pior ainda, não tem contato para falar com eles, telefone não atendem. Pior experiência que você vai ter com comida. Vendem um TROÇO redondo com umas coisas em cima, é uma heresia chamar isso de PIZZA. VERGONHA.
Never buy pizza from this place through apps, unless you like to eat junk. Without flavor, without the ingredients that they say will be on the pizza and even worse, there is no contact to talk to them, the phone does not answer. Worst experience you will have with food. They sell a round STRAP with some things on top, it's heresy to call it PIZZA. SHAME.

Primeiro que eu não recomendo vocês pela falta de empatia e atendimento ao cliente: não fui bem tratado pela atendente e a demora na hora de me responder, me desculpe, mas o motoboy que me atendeu tem um atendimento melhor que o seu.
Segundo: falta de comunicação. Eu passei um endereço pra atendente e ela passou um outro endereço para o motoboy, por favor melhore isso, pois creio que não é só eu que é prejudicado com isso.
Terceiro: demora na entrega. Eu perguntei várias vezes o que estava acontecendo com o meu pedido e como você disse: teve falhas na comunicação. Não foi só isso, teve falhas absurdas de comunicação, vocês não priorizam o cliente (pra vocês é só mais um) e com certeza deve ter falhas no processo (pedi às 20:40, era pra chegar às 21:31 mas foi chegar somente às 23:06!)
Quarto: qualidade da pizza. Não é pq vcs vendem uma pizza acessível a 24$ que ela deve ser de baixa qualidade (ela veio com pouca calabresa e com bordas queimadas)
Resumindo: eu não recomendo vocês por tudo isso que falei. O atendimento é ruim, com excessão do motoboy que me atendeu muito bem e deveria ocupar o lugar da atendente :/

Fourth: pizza quality. It's not because you guys sell an affordable pizza for 24 $ that it must be of low quality (it came with little pepperoni and burnt edges)
