★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei pizza na bom encontro até que um dia pedi uma pizza meio a meio , quando abri a caixa metade da pizza veio errada , informei a atendente que só respondeu que daria um desconto na próxima, até aí ok .
Chegou o dia da próxima pizza no qual queira me dar 3 reais de desconto por metade de uma pizza que foi para o lixo , quando no certo seria trocar a pizza q veio errada, quando fui falar que não era certo querer dar 3 reais de desconto sendo que paguei por uma pizza inteira e só comemos metade me bloquearam, ou seja é assim que eles tratam os clientes quando tem algum problema

Foi informado que seria dado desconto no próx pedido.
Metade da pizza pro lixo, compramos lanche para complementar.

Uma total falta de respeito com cliente
Assim se encerra meu vínculo como cliente e de toda indicação que dava a eles.

Depois de ser tratado como se estivesse mendigando por comida, a pizza foi entregue.
Minha esposa e eu fomos bloqueados
Péssimo o atendimento.
Eu ia voltar atrás para ser cliente mais depois de ser destratado como hj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma pizza semana passada dia 05/11 veio crua para trocar foi uma luta, ontem dia 12/11 comprei outra e coloquei a seguinte observação "Bem assada por favor" e adivinha? veio crua novamente reclamei, visualizaram a mensagem e não responderam até agora, péssimo atendimento, serviço ruim e pizza crua, não recomendo para ninguém.
