Ponto forte é o atendimento de uma única funcionária que deveria ser valorizada pela empresa! Quando forem chamem a Fiama serão bem recebidos e com o melhor atendimento.

Fui retirar uma pizza na hora que eles me disseram que estaria pronta , porém tive que aguardar mais 30 minutos . Não gostei!

Liguei 18:29 na pizzaria, atenderam e se recusaram a anotar meu pedido pois ainda não eram 18:30. A mulher que atendeu me informou que realizava pedidos depois das 18;30 (1 minuto após???), aí eu falei “ok mas já são 18:29” ela falou “então, não são 18:30” agradeceu e desligou o telefone.
Não compro mais pizza nesse local, e não indico. Quem trabalha com público tem que saber ao menos ser gentil.
