 I've been waiting for 2:05 hours and none of the pizza has arrived! Agent calls there and they just say it's out! When it arrives it will be cold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como pode uma pizzaria que eu era cliente cair tanto de qualidade?....lamentavel.....trocaram os produtos que eram de qualidade....e o recheio veio tão fino que parecia aquelas pizzas de 10,00......
How can a pizzeria that I was a customer drop so much in quality?....unfortunately.....they changed the quality products....and the filling came so thin that it looked like those 10.00 pizzas.. ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ERA CLIENTE, mas fiz um pedido hj, 25/3 às 22h30. Por erros de atendimentos eles anotaram o endereço errado. Fizeram uma tentativa te entrega, mas sem sucesso. Na segunda tentativa o motoboy nos ligou dizendo que não estava encontrando o número, mas identificamos que ele estava no endereço errado! Ligamos de volta na central e eles identificaram que realmente o endereço estava errado. Agora 00h20 a pizza não chegou e o Augusto Nobrega, "chefe", nos disse que não poderia fazer nada, a não ser esperar o motoboy retornar a pizzaria, esquentarem a pizza novamente e nos entregarem. Ou então nos deram a opção de cancelar o pedido. Simples assim, sem saber se teríamos outro lugar pra conseguir comer, sem nos oferecer um desconto. Ah e para completar, a bebida estava errada!
Adendo, liguei novamente para o Augusto que colocou a culpa no motoboy pelo erro do refrigerante e na atendente pelo erro do endereço. Ele como gerente disse que não teve responsabilidade no processo e que INFELIZMENTE não poderia nos oferecer nada, nem o refrigerante como cortesia.
Parabéns pelo péssimo atendimento e brilhante forma de perderem um cliente.
I WAS A CUSTOMER, but I placed an order today, 3/25 at 10:30 pm. Due to service errors they wrote down the wrong address. They made an attempt to deliver you, but without success. On the second attempt, the motoboy called us saying he couldn't find the number, but we identified that he was at the wrong address! We called back at the central and they identified that the address was really wrong. Now at 00:20 the pizza didn't arrive and Augusto Nobrega, "chef", told us that he couldn't do anything, except wait for the motoboy to return to the pizzeria, heat the pizza again and deliver it to us. Or else they gave us the option to cancel the order. Simple as that, not knowing if we would have another place to eat, without offering us a discount. Oh and to top it off, the drink was wrong!
Addendum, I called Augusto again, who blamed the motoboy for the soda error and the attendant for the address error. He as manager said that he had no responsibility in the process and that UNFORTUNATELY he could not offer us anything, not even the complimentary soda.
Congratulations on the terrible service and brilliant way to lose a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, na primeira vez que pedi mandaram um motoboy mau educado. Que arrumou a maior confusão por não ter troco relatei o problema foi solucionado. Hj peço uma pizza e eles me perguntaram qual seria a forma de pagamento disse que seria pix! A atendente totalmente despreparado me disse que não aceita, pois então me dirigi ao caixa eletrônico saquei o valor do pedido e por fim ela disse que não vai mais atender que já encerrou o pedido. Grande falta de respeito e atenção com o cliente que aja vista faz o salário dela. Mas em fim não recomendo pra ngm pois o atendimento é péssimo!
Horrible service, the first time I asked they sent a rude motoboy. That made the biggest mess for not having change I reported the problem was solved. Today I order a pizza and they asked me what the payment method would be, I said it would be pix! The totally unprepared attendant told me that she doesn't accept it, because then I went to the ATM and took the amount of the order and finally she said that she will no longer answer that she has already closed the order. Great lack of respect and attention to the client that acts seen makes her salary. But in the end I don't recommend it to anyone because the service is terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente a anos, realizei um pedido informei 2 vezes para a atendente que era troco para 200 meus pais foram retirar a pizza e no momento da retirada não entregaram pois não aceitam nota de 200, sendo que não fui informada nenhum momento, não se prontificaram a trocar por um erro deles. Aguardei 1 hora e fiquei sem opção de pedir em outro lugar pois já tinha dado 23 horas, falta de comprometimento e respeito com um cliente! Nunca mais peço lá e nem indico, estou muito decepcionada!!!!
I have always been a customer for years, I made an order and informed the attendant twice that it was change for 200 my parents went to remove the pizza and at the time of withdrawal they did not deliver because they do not accept 200 bills, and I was not informed at any time, do not They offered to exchange for an error of their own. I waited 1 hour and I had no option to order elsewhere because it had already been 23 hours, lack of commitment and respect for a customer! I will never order there again nor recommend it, I am very disappointed!!!!
