★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peço pizza neste local e realmente o atendimento ao cliente deixa muito a desejar, porém ontem foi o auge da falta de respeito que já passei. Como vegetariana eu sempre peço pizza que não vem carne e caso venha, peço para adicionar apenas em uma metade da pizza, pois o pessoal em casa come normalmente. Ontem pedi uma pizza d brócolis com 4 queijos e confiante de que não teria carne na minha pizza dei a primeira mordida com gosto, pois estava com fome e aguardando a pizza por mais d 2h, infelizmente adicionaram presunto na pizza, ingrediente que não deveria estar. Ao reclamar com o estabelecimento a pessoa apenas me falou q conversaria com quem fez a pizza. Qual a parte de "não como carne" não entenderam? Retirar a carne após o preparo da comida não tira 100% da carne, as coisas pegam sabor/há uma contaminação dos demais ingredientes. Enfim, achei um absurdo para o preço q pago, e cansei de dar chances à esta pizzaria.
I always order pizza at this place and the customer service really leaves a lot to be desired, but yesterday was the height of the lack of respect I've had. As a vegetarian I always order pizza that doesn't come with meat and if it comes, I ask to add only half of the pizza, as people at home eat it normally. Yesterday I ordered a broccoli pizza with 4 cheeses and confident that there would be no meat on my pizza I took the first bite with taste, as I was hungry and waiting for the pizza for more than 2 hours, unfortunately they added ham to the pizza, an ingredient that shouldn't be there . When complaining to the establishment, the person just told me that he would talk to whoever made the pizza. What part of "I don't eat meat" didn't they understand? Removing the meat after preparing the food does not take away 100% of the meat, things pick up flavor/there is contamination from the other ingredients. Anyway, I thought it was absurd for the price I paid, and I got tired of giving this pizzeria a chance.

The filling was ok, the dough was very thin, but raw near the edge, I believe it was for being stuffed!

Fora que o dono é um sem educação , não paga direito os funcionários e melhor nem comentar o resto por que dá até nojo .
I worked there , dirty calling , stuffing preparations all uncovered sitting fly all the time .
Apart from that the owner is uneducated, doesn't pay the employees right and better not even comment on the rest because it's even disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sei como é no local e eu odeio fazer reviews negativas, mas infelizmente eu resolvi pedir delivery nesse local e me arrependo profundamente, demorou mais de 2 horas para chegar, quando finalmente chegou já estava fria e pra piorar esqueceram o refrigerante mas a cereja do bolo foi quando o motoboy voltou com o refrigerante, ele obviamente tinha acabado de comprar em algum estabelecimento próximo e ainda por cima era um refrigerante diferente do que pedimos já que o que ele comprou nós não tomamos na minha casa. Sinceramente lastimável, além de ter demorado muito, o pedido veio faltando e a atendente depois de mais de 1 hora e 30 minutos de espera (muito mais que os 50 minutos que ela me estimou), teve a audácia e a ignorância de simplesmente dizer "o motoboy já saiu", como se eu devesse aceitar de bom grado o atraso, como se fosse normal.
Totalmente entristecedor que eles não tenham sequer se importado em dar um atendimento decente.
I don't know what it's like at the place and I hate to give negative reviews, but unfortunately I decided to order delivery at this place and I deeply regret it, it took more than 2 hours to arrive, when it finally arrived it was already cold and to make matters worse they forgot the soda but the cherry of the cake was when the motoboy came back with the soda, he had obviously just bought it at a nearby establishment and on top of that it was a different soda from what we ordered since what he bought we didn't drink at my house. Honestly regrettable, in addition to taking a long time, the order was missing and the attendant after more than 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting (much longer than the 50 minutes she estimated me), had the audacity and ignorance to simply say " the motoboy has already left", as if I should gladly accept the delay, as if it were normal.
Totally saddening that they didn't even bother to give decent service.
